Jasmine circle one of the closer houses to Sonoma State, 10 minute walk, 3 minute bike ride to the middle of campus. Back yard is against the beautiful Copeland Creek and walking path. You can hear frogs at night and sometimes owls. Furnished downstairs, kitchen, living room, front porch and back yard. Garage is not currently used for cars so you will have your fair share of storage space.
