Apartment has a ton of amenities including a pool, pool table, table tennis, pet wash station, 24 hour gym, library, and secure mail room. The room available is the master bedroom with a California King bed, private bathroom, and connected walk-in closet. Apartment also includes washer, dryer, dishwasher, balcony, and a really nice kitchen/living room setup. Location is super convenient and close to pretty much everything food and shopping wise.

I work out of town most weeks, so the apartment will pretty much be yours 4–5 days a week. I play a lot of video games when I’m home, but I also like keeping the common areas clean and welcoming. I’m easy to get along with, respectful of personal space, and don’t have any issues with guests just please be respectful of noice when it comes to later hours of the night or early mornings. Looking for someone reliable,trust worthy, and clean.
