About the room
3 bed, 1 bath house. Walking/biking distance from old town and CSU. Plenty of free street/driveway parking. We have a washer/dryer and a dishwasher. The house is managed by Evergreen Property Management and they must approve you to rent. Utilities are not included in rent and are variable, but they are usually in the range of $50-$100/month per person.
About the roomies
My roommate, Taylor, and I are chemistry Ph.D. students at CSU. We have lived together for 3 years along with a third roommate, who is moving out of state in July (move in may be flexible!). We are generally clean and quiet, though we enjoy socializing as well! I have an adult cat, and Taylor has recently adopted a kitten. Both cats are very sweet and can be social when they are in the mood, but they spend the majority of their time in our respective rooms. We are looking for a roommate that is clean and considerate, preferably a graduate student or working professional (no undergrads).
