📍 Location: • Mountainside, NJ (Union County). Small, safe, wooded borough with easy access to Route 22, the Garden State Parkway, and nearby towns like Westfield, Summit, and Springfield. Close to several hospitals as well.

🏡 The Home: • Large house on a 0.84-acre lot backing directly to the Watchung Reservation. • Shared spaces include a living room with wood-burning fireplace, family room with surround sound, dining room (seats 10), screened-in front porch, and large back deck. Private backyard that is peaceful and gorgeous.

🍽 Amenities: •Fully equipped kitchen with Jenn-Air appliances, large fridge, dishwasher, and seating for 8. • Washer/dryer in home, central heating & cooling, driveway parking, internet, and utilities (up to a monthly household cap) all included.

👥 It’ll be occupied by a young professional couple in our mid-20s, it’s my boyfriend’s childhood home that he’s taking over and we genuinely care about making it feel like a great place for everyone living here. The primary room will be occupied by us, and his family is renting out 1 room just for the times his sisters or anyone needs to come back to the house for errands. We are creative, open minded, and love spending time with friends. Looking for friendly, easygoing, respectful roommates preferably in their mid 20s-mid 30s!
