Hey guys! So our wonderful roommate is moving out, and we have our smallest room available currently ( however if someone else moves out, you get to choose a bigger room). The rent is 800 dollars per month, without the electric, gas and WiFi ( those are usually 130 dollars everything together for each of us). We have central heat but no central ac. We have a washer and dryer in the bathroom. Plenty of parking space. We are 5 minutes from BSU, and 10 minutes from Market basket, 5 minutes from Roche Brothers and the train. No security but the landlord may ask for first month and last month. We are looking for someone for July 1st or earlier and we are a month to month lease, so you can move out whenever you want or stay as long as you want ( I have lived here for 3 years!).

So a little about me. I am currently in school as well, and I work so I am always busy. We have our other roommate Madyson who is barely home. And our roommate Michaela is mainly the one that is home. It is a 4 bedroom upper apartment. We are all working people and I prefer if we keep the sharing spaces such as the kitchen, bathroom and living room clean. We do have a cat that lives with us ( aka my cat) and he is super sweet and cuddly ( litter box stays in my room- you will not have to deal with that). We are looking for someone who can pay their rent and bills on time, and is just clean and respectful. Ask me any extra questions you have- I am working on getting pictures of the rest of the house.
