Hi! I am posting this on behalf of my son. He is an engineer at the TSMC fab looking for housemates to share a brand new 5bed/3bath/3car garage home in Surprise (few min drive from TSMC, Amkor right next to the 303 and us60 hw) starting June 21st
Address: 15854 west el Cortez place (you can look it up for all the pictures and if it fits your commuting needs)
I have 4 bedrooms available (My son is taking one of the bedrooms) and i am currently working on furnishing the rooms with the basics but you can check with me to bring your own furniture too
Rent: $600/mo for the regular private bedrooms (1 bath per 2 of the regular bedrooms) $1100/mo for the private suite/master bedroom which has its own large bath and walk in closet.
We will split utilities and other maintenance costs.
