I am in a 1 bedroom apartment and you will be getting the larger living room area for your use. The apartment is at a great location, with everything nearby, library, gym, grocery stores, tons of restaurants, laundry, etc. Amenities include onsite pool and laundry, and you would have free parking in the garage.

I am 50 year old man who works at home. I never have visitors over and I also do not want any visitors from my roomate. I am extremely private so I prefer a roomate who is also private. I am 420 friendly and have 1 cat.
