I am a 60 years old young. This is my home. My son moved to Colorado and he told me he is never moving back home.
I am a professional, and the house is very clean. You will have use of the entire house. Kitchen, all utensils, living room, dining room and den. And I have a huge deck off the house with deck furniture and a grill all free for use.

About the roomies

Your room will be your private space. It is approximately 10 x 13. This will be your room you may paint it any color as you wish. It looks a a nicely furnished room The color right now is light blue now. The house is very quiet and clean.
The neighborhood let a little me out f the best. When you move in I Will put in a new door knob and you will have the only keys to room. This is my home and whoever moves in, I will expect you to treat them t as your own.
