Hello! We are Valerie and Matt and we own a giant home in Springfield. We like to rent out the two bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. There is a yoga studio, a secret door that is disguised as a bookshelf, a theatre room with built in projector and Sonos sound system, air conditioning, a housekeeper who will vacuum/dust/make beds every other week, driveway parking for you and some funny dogs to love. All utilities and housekeeping included.

Matt and I are career focused and often work from home. We love to travel. We have pets but we don’t want any more animals in the house unless it’s the cutest and calmest little snuggler in the whole world. It would be great to find someone who is willing to pet sit while we travel (paid, of course). We like to go to bed around 10pm and wake up around 6am and would love a roommate who is somewhat quiet and doesn’t come home while we are sleeping every night. makes the dogs bark.
