Interns Welcome over the Summer!

Space is currently furnished with a loft twin bed, writing desk with lamp and an armless chair, dresser and large mirrored closet. Room also has a floor to ceiling built-in bookcase.

*** Loft twin bed area can be converted to a Loft storage area. The twin mattress or a full size bed fits below the loft frame if either the small desk OR the small dresser is removed. Owner can only supply a twin size mattress.

Blackout blinds are top/down/bottom/up for privacy.

The larger bedroom and my office are on the west side of my place. The small bedroom (this ad) is on the east side near the kitchen and front door.

Common Areas:

• Living room/Dining room with an amazing view of Downtown Portland.
• Gourmet Kitchen: Designated space in a large family size SS French door refrigerator/freezer + your own private pantry space. Use of owner’s common everyday dishes and everyday cookware. Viking gas range, Bosch dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave and small toaster oven/air fryer also available for use.
• Covered porch area off kitchen with a large dining table to have guests over for an outdoor meal during nice weather.
• Bathroom with ample storage space + your own full size shower caddy.
• Laundry is downstairs in a nicely finished basement area.

Parking:

• On street parking available with a City of Portland “Gander Ridge - Zone B” permit.
• Owner might be willing to share her Off-Street Parking space depend on what hours you would need it for an extra parking fee.

Bikes:

• Bike rack available for multiple bikes.

1. Owner is a semi-retired IT consultant. I also work part-time for the Oregon Home Care Commission (OHCC) and also help look after an elderly family member in the evenings/overnight that lives close by. When home, I enjoy cooking while listen to music via my bluetooth headphones or watching a show/movies either in my private office or in the shared living/dining room with the large pocket door closed as not to disturb anyone.
