Property has 3 pools and club house and a tennis court. Roommate will have the hall bathroom, I have my own bathroom in my room. There is a washer and dryer in the condo. You will have full use of kitchen and living room.

I’m a Caucasian female 56 quiet works a lot very clean. I don’t smoke I’m a casual wine drinker. I’m the only other person that will be living here. It’s 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms. I will have the master bedroom with my own bathroom. The roommate will basically have the guest bathroom to themselves. I love to cook I have no problem with meal sharing if you pitch in for groceries or you can buy and prepare meals separately if you prefer.
