About the room
I have a great location. I have a bus stop close by (about 60 feet), 3/4 mile from Lynnwood Transit Center, 1 block from a nice park. Area is quiet. I have a nice backyard in a rambler type house. I offer internet, tenant’s own microwave, refrigerator & freezer. Can arrange cable TV if desired. I do have storage space in attached garage for tenant’s possessions. There is closet space in tenant bedroom also.
About the roomies
I am a retired Christian individual and fairly quiet. I love typical things most others do. I do have another Christian tenant in another bedroom but he uses a wheelchair to get around. We are both non-smokers. He does not have a car but arranges for transportation when needed. He cooks in main kitchen area which new tenant can also access. I would prefer a Christian for a tenant.
