Cute 2 bedroom apartment right off Laurel and Peterson st! A 3 minute walk from Cheba hut and surrounding restaurants, and just a few blocks from downtown. It’s one apartment building with nice and quiet neighbors, a parking lot with 2 spaces for the unit, and the unit is located right next to the coin op laundry. The pics were taken during the move out process and the unit will be cleaned before anyone else moves in, but if you’d like to keep the coffee table bed or dining room table it’s all yours! This would be a sublet, I’d like to have someone sign the lease as soon June 1st but I can be a little flexible if necessary with pro-rated rent. Gas is $60 flat every month and you pay electric to the property management company. I have the application available but the property management company doesn’t have it online so you’ll have to print it out and turn it in in person with a $30 cash application fee. I will only send the app to people who view the apartment. The requirements are a 650 credit score and no felonies, and income being 2.5x the rent. The deposit on file is $1800 but I’m asking for 800
