Large room with own bathroom. Huge closet. Close to Cameron Village and Downtown Raleigh. Walking distance to mostly everything. Bikeable to everything. Nice apartment complex with a pool and a gym. Interior is pretty unique with columns and arched ways in the apartment. Good amount of space.

I’m a young professional working remote for a solar company. I like to keep the apartment clean and comfortable, but I also have no problem doing most of the cleaning myself. I enjoy working out, playing tennis, walking, playing board games, reading and playing video games. The main living area is fully furnished but I love furniture so I’m sure we could find room for additional items. Don’t mind noise during the day but prefer a quiet apartment after 1030PM on weekdays and then don’t mind having fun on the weekends.
