Central heat/AC and can have own heater/ac in room too. Non-smoking/pot/vape/incense/sprays and no drunkenness. Alcohol only in your room. Price includes someone already arranged to keep the bathroom clean, all utilities, high speed Internet and Wi-Fi, toilet paper, paper towels and lots of cleaning supplies/tools. It also includes use of the yard, kitchen, laundry, living room, patios and yard chairs/tables. The room is furnished but we are flexible. We are two busy re-treads, male and female, not a couple. Landlord says no pets. This is an updated, modest rambler in downtown Ridgefield 4 miles west of I-5 near parks, Costco, the waterfront, and a cutesy downtown area. Room to garden if you like. Just clean up after yourself and do a couple small chores each week. It’s a nice place with nice people. You can have the driveway. If you can mow or weed whack, great. Otherwise just sweep or vacuum once in a while. The landlord doesn’t allow pets. Good neighbors. Nearby construction.

About the roomies

We are long-term tenants seeking same. I rarely look busy but actually am very busy, female, and I often work graveyard. I’m pretty much sleeping or gone from Saturday afternoon until Tuesday. The male keeps a day schedule, like 7:30am to 11pm but it varies. He is busy during the day in his big shop, garage shop, and home office.

He takes long walks. We have a Nordic Track. It’s a very safe area but for home security and bodily safety we keep the doors locked unless we are right there going in and out. And windows pretty much too.

We cook but there is plenty of time for you to cook, too. Sometimes we cook ahead and freeze portions and you are also welcome to be in there that long lol. It’s not too small of a kitchen.
