Private room in 2 bed, 1 bath house. Fully furnished living room, dining room, kitchen, nice washer/dryer in unit, dishwasher. All bills (wifi, electric, gas) included in rent. The house is a triplex with a large front patio and gated entry. Quiet family neighborhood but walking distance to Marina del Rey, restaurants on Centinela and Washington, and the Ballona Creek bike path (which is a 15 minute ride to Playa del Rey beach!). No issue with street parking right out front, and no street sweeping. Room has nice queen mattress and bed frame, nightstand, medium dresser, rug, large double door closet with rod for hanging clothes, and 2 large built-in drawers. Lots of light from 2 windows, hardwood floors, and additional storage available above closet and in communal space. Outdoor storage also in back alley.

I’m a 31 y/o male, engineer, small business operator with hybrid work schedule, like to beach, ski, go to shows/events, travel roughly once a month, and have occasional small gatherings at the house. I love the space, location, and amenities. I have a small garden out front, patio furniture, and grill in the back alley. The neighbors in front in back units are very friendly. Looking for someone to come enjoy it and take advantage of everything it has to offer. Month-to-month sublease is fine.
