Private room available in a quiet 2-bedroom home. The room includes a bed, vanity, and its own private bathroom. Tenant will also have access to the shared kitchen.

This is a good fit for one person looking for a peaceful, respectful living environment.

The second bedroom is used by me occasionally, but I do not usually stay overnight. During part of the year, that room is occupied by my aunt and grandma when they visit from Peru. They’re easygoing, quiet, and respectful.
