I’m looking for someone to replace my current roommate in a lovely, spacious 2 bed, 2.5 bath townhome in North Cap Hill, starting July 1 (can be flexible earlier if needed). You can take either my room ($1300) or my roommates ($1500, bigger, has a balcony). I will move rooms if someone wants mine! In the videos attached, my room ($1300) is the one with the orange duvet and hers ($1500) is the green duvet.

The unit has 2 floors, with common space downstairs (including the half bath) and both bedrooms (with en suite bathrooms) upstairs. The landlords are great (not a management company) and I really love it here!
