I have a 4 bedroom house with 2 bedrooms for rent. 1 master bedroom with a walk in closet and its own bathroom. the other a standard bedroom with a shared bathroom in the hallway. there is a study/ guest room and I’m staying in the 4th room. the house sits on 1/6 of an acre just blocks away from Centennial High School. we have a yard for pets along with a 1600 gallon pond with koi and a waterfall. the $800 if for the standard room (the master bedroom is between $1400-1500). utilities included. this is a nice quiet neighborhood.

Its currently just myself and my mom but she moving to Canada and renting the house to me. I’m daily quiet and stay in my room when I’m home or sometimes watch tv in the living room. I work construction and am up early and home early. I don’t do drugs (never have never will) and would like to keep the house a drug free and smoke free place.
