Room available in 2 room townhouse. It’s not the biggest space but it’s significantly more affordable than most of Boulder. Right off 28th in north Boulder close to groceries, many restaurants, and other attractions. Very close to many bike paths and minutes from downtown.

I get up very early for my job and am usually back by early afternoon. I’m in bed pretty early most nights. The couple who had the other room lived here first so place was full of their stuff. I pretty much stay in my room when I’m home. Otherwise I’m an avid hiker and biker.
