I’m looking for somebody to take over my upcoming lease from as early as august 1,2026 to September 1, 2027 however you can move in as early as August 1, 2026 as I have found elsewhere to live. Rent is around $1070 including utilities. It’s a 1bedroom 1bathroom deal so you get your own room and bathroom. The entire space is around 175sqft. Cats are ok unsure about dogs but likely ok as well. Washer and dryer are in unit. There is street and on site parking (on site costs a fee). The apartment is under 7th street station property management. The apartment itself is on the first floor. Apartment comes furnished with a desk, a full sized bed, wardrobe drawers under the bed, a desk chair, some counter chairs in the kitchen, a couch, a refrigerator, a stove, a washer and a dryer, and a couple coffee tables out in the living space. The closet is well sized and has several tiers to put clothes in, there’s also space underneath the bed for extra storage. Rooms have a overhead fan and come with a bathroom. The complex has both a gym and a pool. There is a park across the street. YOU WILL HAVE UP TO 3 ROOMMATES BUT THE LEASE ITSELF IS INDIVIDUAL. This unit is student housing (don’t know how strict this is). This apartment is a 20 minute walk to campus the further buildings on the north west end of campus take around 30min to get to. There’s a couple bus stations at the end of the street and further down the road that takes you directly to the foot of campus or deeper down Monroe.

The room itself seems to be female preferred but can be overwritten. The apartment is very queer friendly. Currently I am unsure about who will be at the apartment next lease term since all the people who are in this current apartment are graduating and/or moving out.
