Looking for a roommate to share a 2BD/2BA apartment on the second floor of Sumida Gardens in Goleta, available July. It’s a great complex with a pool, jacuzzi, gym, and community room. On-site laundry is available. Close to multiple grocery stores.
Rent: $1,960/month (utilities not included, approx. $100). [Note: This is the per person rent/utilities, not the total rent.]
All applicants must also be approved by Sumida Gardens management.
Pets are allowed, but there is an increase in rent per pet ($50 per pet, max of 2) and an additional deposit required.
