Looking for a roommate in Canton Ohio.Come August. Females preferred but willing to interview with anybody including couples or people with kids

Let me be realistic Pros-

Cheap ($600-$700) depending on which rooms you want

All utilities including even internet

Parking space right next to door

Basic foods can be provided if needed ( bread, waters , eggs etc)

If you don’t have car and need rides to things like work i MIGHT be able to help

Kid friendly i have a kiddo myself

I work with you on how long you need to place so if you’re just looking for somewhere to save up for a while I’m willing to work with you you’re not locked in for like a year

Cons- Two rooms but shared bathroom and kitchen

No dogs as i already have two dogs and that is the max allowed (one is a fully trained specialized work dog with all vetting and training, the other is starting their apprenticeship to be a work dog as well) We can discuss cats but no promises

Not the best part of town but pretty close to a lot of things within walking distance

My house and life can be hectic but never “verge of being homeless” hectic more like “crap the dishes have pilled up all week and now im spending all saturday cleaning”

There are 3 sets of stairs so if you have issues with mobility this isnt the best place for you

I do need to do a background check so please just be honest upfront on anything i should worry about.

This is ideal for somebody working night shifts or needs a temp place to stay not looking at having anybody staying over a year.
