The room for rent is a large furnished bedroom. The bathroom is next to the room and is a shared bathroom. The house is 25 minutes to downtown or the airport and less than 5 minutes to the Havana corridor, with shopping and hundreds of great restaurants. Its also only 8 minutes to Cherry Creek State Park where there are hiking trails, camping along with swimming and paddleboarding. There is plenty of street parking at all times that is free. The house is a good size, with a large kitchen and living room, and a gorgeous large backyard with plenty of seating on two different patios, a grill and a large flower garden. All utilities are included in the monthly rent.

I am a 41 year old woman that appreciates a clean, quiet, and respectful roommate. I’m responsible, organized/clean, and friendly. I work from home M-F about 8-4/5pm. Overall pretty quiet, enjoy books, movies and games. I have an 11 year old blue heeler but not looking to add any animals.
