About the room

This is a newer ranch-style home located in the quiet Orchard Mesa area of Grand Junction, offering easy access to downtown, Colorado Mesa University, St. Mary’s Hospital, Community Hospital, Las Colonias Park, the Riverfront Trail, and Colorado National Monument. The home features modern finishes, mountain views, RV parking, covered outdoor space, and an open-concept layout designed for comfortable everyday living. Shopping, coffee shops, restaurants, hiking, biking, and river recreation are all just minutes away.

You will have your own private bedroom and bathroom; however, if I have friends or family visiting, the bathroom may occasionally function as the shared guest bathroom for the home. My private bedroom and bathroom are off limits to guests. I work from home much of the time, so I’m looking for someone who is respectful, clean, communicative, and comfortable sharing common spaces in a calm environment. Washer and dryer included. Females only, please.

Dogs are welcome. I do have a dog who lives in the home — he is very shy at first but friendly once he warms up. Because of his temperament, I prefer guests who are patient and comfortable around dogs. The home is best suited for someone looking for a peaceful, comfortable place to stay with convenient access to everything Grand Junction and the Western Slope have to offer.
