A pleasant and bright studio/efficiency is available for rent in St Petersburg, featuring two windows, a private entrance, and tranquil views of shrubs, plants, and trees, no traffic. Suitable for one person. The unit is nice and clean and is in very good condition. It features a private entrance, a private bathroom with a bathtub, and a full kitchenette—including small appliances, dishes, pots and pans, and a good-sized refrigerator. The unit is furnished and has towels and bed linen. The common areas area a large, fenced in shaded patio with many plants and a very small fenced in yard. About having a small dog, we will have to talk about that directly.

The efficiency is very well located, just a few minutes walk from Sawgrass Lake Park, and is also served by bus lines. Situated in a safe and quiet area, in a well-maintained mobile home resort community that offers a swimming pool, a clubhouse, and laundry facilities.

The rent is $850 per month, which includes internet, wifi, a Smart TV, water, and electricity (provided the electricity bill does not exceed $75, if it goes over that amount, the tenant covers the difference). I do not require a security deposit, last month or any payment in advance—just the monthly rent due on the 1st of each month or the agreement may be terminated.

This is for serious inquiries only. I am looking for a clean, responsible, not noisy, drama-free person—preferably someone who is employed—who can pay the monthly rent on the first day of each month without delay. No smoking tobacco is allowed inside the unit.
