About the room
Large property with 10 acres. Some rooms have private baths, there is a laundry room that would be shared with the rest of the house. Rent will vary by room. If needed, some furniture can be provided.
Pets will be evaluated on a case by case basis with an additional pet deposit. We already have Cats, Horses, Chickens, a dog and a large fish tank. So any additional animals will need to be safe around others.
About the roomies
Married couple looking for roomates for a large house. We have a zoo of animals. Looking for respectful, mature (behavior not age) people who can get along without drama.
We enjoy board games, video games and play musical instruments. I occasionally like to bake and share with others.
I’m disabled (autoimmune). Due to allergies smoking and perfumes or strongly scented soaps/candles cannot be used. If you’re 420 friendly you’ll need to stick to brownies.
