Before move-in, everything will be vacuumed, disinfected, and sanitized — the unit will be thoroughly cleaned, all holes from hanging décor will be patched and painted. I also have peel & stick wallpaper up — I’m happy to leave it or remove it and paint the wall, totally your call. The furniture is free for me to include, so no catch — just an easy, move-in-ready situation.

✨ About the unit: The natural lighting in this place is truly something else — pictures honestly don’t do it justice (it was a rainy day when I shot them, so take them with a grain of salt). It’s a gem and I’ve genuinely loved living here.

The balcony view is genuinely delightful — it faces the interior courtyard which has these big, beautiful green trees. And because it’s internal-facing, it’s incredibly quiet. Such a peaceful place to come home to.

The unit is on the top floor — no upstairs neighbors, so zero noise from stomping overhead. And don’t worry, there are elevators.

Why am I leaving? I’m moving into a home with my partner — couldn’t be more excited, but also genuinely sad to leave this place. Excited for whoever gets to enjoy it next.
