A little about me: I am 29 male. I work full-time, enjoy going out on weekends, and like maintaining a friendly atmosphere at home while also respecting everyone’s privacy. I prefer to keep the house reasonably clean and would appreciate roommates who help maintain the common areas as well.

The two upstairs rooms can be rented separately, or a couple/friends are welcome to take the entire upper floor for added privacy.

There is: A shared full bathroom on the second floor A half bathroom on the first floor
