This bedroom comes with a queen-size bed and nightstand, large wardrobe, foldable couch, leather resting chair, office desk, 32“ computer monitor, printer and scanner, 65“ HD TV with audio system, Yamaha piano, book shelves, treadmill and ergo bike. The apartment has central A/C and heating, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area, 25 cube ft refrigerator, 3 different coffee makers, and an on-sight laundry.
We are looking for ONE organized , clean, neat, quiet, polite, and respectful housemate who would be a perfect match to get along with. We keep our place very organized, clean and quiet. We work hard and have our bedtime at 10:00 PM. After this time all activities in the common areas should be minimal to zero. $300 security deposit needed, plus first and last month rent. We also share our utility bills: gas and electricity.
