Room opening in 2BR condo - NE Portland (Irvington)

Hey everyone, I have a private bedroom opening up in a fully furnished, 1,000 sq. ft. 2-bedroom condo.

The place has an open-concept kitchen, living, and dining area with a kitchen island, large table, couch, TV, and a dedicated WFH desk. The kitchen has tons of storage and a full dishwasher. There is also an in-unit washer/dryer, AC, and a bunch of smart home features (automated blinds, smart lights, keyless pin-code entry, and a robot vacuum to keep the floors clean).

Location:We are located right in Irvington. Super easy area to get around:

Transit:Bus lines #4, #6, #24, and #44 are all within walking distance.

Nearby Two blocks from the new Planet Fitness, right by Matt Dishman pool, and next door to the newly remodeled Albina Library.

Entertainment A block and a half from Wonder Ballroom, and a super quick trip to the Moda Center / Coliseum.

On the left side of the unit with its own closet (sharing a tiny bit of space for some neat storage). It has a queen bed and a bedside table, but it can be rented unfurnished if you prefer (we’ll store the bed).

We have two balconies. Both bedrooms have direct access to a big back balcony, and there’s a large front patio with furniture, a grill, patio lights, and lots of plants.

Expenses

Wifi is $60/month, split 50/50 ($30 each). Electric - Also split 50/50. It usually runs around $150 total in the summer (with AC running) and about $200 total in the winter because we have heated floors.

Unity is a 28 year old woman who has one of the rooms. She has a dog named Tito, so no other pets. He is a friendly chonky lil guy. She works a variable food service schedule.
