This is a private condo, with a buzz in box to get in. Very spacious room available to another parent or woman preferred. Ultilties are included into rent. Available on the first of the month for move in. It would be myself, child and our medium size friendly dog that live here.

I would prefer another parent or woman. Someone who doesn’t have many guests. Who is very clean and cleans up after there selves is important with the bathroom and kitchen sharing. Someone who is child friendly because I have a 4 year old child. Someone who likes or doesn’t mind dogs. Also, someone who is kind, respectful, trustworthy, and pays rent on time are very important.
