There is a tiny back patio above the garage for grilling or to get some fresh outside air. The commons area has a half bath available for use as well. Finally, an unfinished basement area (WIP) is available for any additinal recreational usage and will soon be converted into an office. You’ll have access to your car inside the garage upon instruction and programming of door. All utilities and amenities are covered in the cost of rent too. I am an IT Professional career wise that is transitioning for work, but also may work other jobs here and there. I am more spiritual aligned than I am baptist, but glory to God always come first regardless. I am a solid anime watcher, manga reader, and gamer all in one. I have my father that visits me often enough that lives down in the northwest suburbs. Otherwise, I have a mom that visits me every other or couple seasons to check up on some of my family (including myself) in the Chicagoland Area. I am a sound orientated sleeper so I tend to sleep with a portable fan. I value transparency and being able to operate within boundaries that are set, whether that be at home or outside, to maintain peace of mind.
