What’s up yall? Have a couple rooms open in an awesome furnished house in Clairemont / Bay Ho

The most stoke you’ll find about this house is the location; you’re pretty in the center of any commute you’re trying to do whether it’s hopping west to the beaches, slipping onto the 5 to go north, or rippin down to downtown for work or a concert. Commuting is about as chill as a coors showing is the blue mountains on a Saturday at half past noon.

Lookin at a place with a sweet patio with summer bonfire vibes and 4 other awesome roommates. 2 of the rooms have a private bath and the others share. House is pretty solid regarding the sound proofing considering 2 of the rooms are completely a private entrance and the 2 master rooms both also have their own private entrances.

The place has a washer/dryer, comes fully furnished with good vibes and furniture. All the rooms have nice big closets. There’s 2 patios. One up front and one in back with a fire pit in the yard for those nights when an acoustic guitar and and a cold one with the roomies just rips.. and there’s a couple off street parking spots if you’re not keen to keep your 4 wheeled beauty on the street. Oh and street parking is plentiful being in this quiet neighborhood.

Oh and it’s right across the street from Vons and that little strip mall kinda area in north clairemont so if you don’t have a car as well everything you need is basically right in the backyard. Could hold my breath walking out the front door and into the produce section on Vons..
