The bath is attached, but also needs to be available for guests. The room is semi-furnished, I have dressers and a queen bed frame, no mattress. The ceiling is painted with stars, which can be changed, but I’d prefer it to be left as is. Brand new paint and flooring. There is also an above-ground pool, and there is another roommate with 2 kids. I have a dog who is good with strangers as long as you ignore her at first.

I am a single professional and also rent my downstairs apartment to a DV survivor with 2 young children. You can use the kitchen, but food storage will be limited outside of your room. Prefer someone clean, professional, who would like to be here for a while. We don’t have to be besties; your business is yours, but I don’t want someone who can’t talk to others without anxiety. Occasional overnight guests are fine, but no one stays more than 2 times per week without discussing it with me. I use cannabis occasionally, and believe in the power of the mind more than an external “person” looking over my life. If you are a hard core trumper, we won’t get along.
