I’m looking for a roommate to join my 12-month lease for a 2.5 bed / 1 bath apartment in Jamaica Plain starting ASAP.

Rent is $1,700 each + utilities (gas/electric/wifi; water & sewer included). First, last, and security due at signing.

The apartment: -Entire 2nd floor of a charming pondside house -Very spacious and sunny -Large bedroom with closet -Separate living and dining rooms -Eat-in kitchen with lots of storage -Office/Storage/Bonus room (the “.5”) -Enclosed rear balcony + two additional front/side balconies -Free laundry in the basement -Free street parking *the furniture shown in the photos will not be staying

About me: I’m 28 (she/her) and work 3–4 days a week in Longwood. I have a sweet 3-year-old cat male cat.

In my free time I like to practice yoga/meditation, work out, explore nature, watch Bravo, get crafty, read, go to live shows, go out dancing, hit up the thrift/antique market, and play tennis/pickleball.

What I’m looking for: I’d love to create a peaceful, cozy, clean, and communicative living environment. Looking for a responsible, friendly, and respectful person to share the space with.
