Hey Everyone, I live at Sonoma Grande(81st and Mingo) in a 2b1b and have an unfurnished room to rent. The apartment is in a good spot on the premises as it is the furthest building in the back so very quiet and low neighbor noise. The bathroom is massive, but it is a 1 bath so it would be a shared space. Laundry in unit and all appliances that would be expected in an apartment are working and available.

There is grass if you have a dog to walk them in but there’s not a ton right outside the building so might need to go for a small walk with them.

I am a 25-year-old male who is currently a project engineer and have 1 super cute and fluffy Siberian cat who is super friendly. I am open to having more animals join the household as we do have a roomba that constantly runs so fur shouldn’t be too big of an issue. My main hobbies are I like to play video games, LOOOVVVEEE escape rooms, and really just anything outside from sunbathing to pickleball to rock climbing.
