Looking for a female roommate in later 20s/early 30s in a sun-drenched apartment in Pelham Manor starting July 1, 2026. Rent is $1,500/month (12-month lease) + $1,500 deposit excluding utilities (WiFi, ConEd, optional water delivery).

Rent & deposit may increase slightly with renewal. Cozy, quiet neighborhood near a school. Building has parking, laundry, dishwasher, and a beautiful patio space.
