The room for rent is a large basement room on a quiet cul-de-sac. The bathroom is upstairs and is a shared bathroom. The house is 25 minutes to downtown or the airport and less than 5 minutes to the Havana corridor, with shopping and hundreds of great restaurants. Its also only 8 minutes to Cherry Creek State Park where there are hiking trails, camping along with swimming and paddleboarding. If hail or snowstorms are expected, renter can park 1 car in the garage, but otherwise will be street parking, and there is plenty. The house is a good size, with a large kitchen and living room, and a gorgeous large backyard with plenty of seating on two different patios, a grill and a large flower garden.

The couch in the picture can be used while renting or moved out of the space. All utilities are included in the monthly rent.
