I live in a community. It’s called cohousing. Anyone interested should look up what it is before reaponding. We have a pool and a hot tub and a large dining area for occasional meals together. The community consists of 53 separate households on 11 acres. The room is upstairs. The house is about 1200 square feet. I prefer someone who isn’t home during the day. I will be moving the end of the year so the room is only available for six months. Nevada City downtown is walking distance. It is a preserved town where gold was discovered in the 1800’s and a historical landmark.

I am a senior woman. A widow. I was married for 30 plus years. It’s just me and my cat. I ‘m a retired social worker who has done many different jobs in that role. I’m an outgoing easy to get along with person. I would expect a bit of help with household chores. I’m a good cook and like to cook for friends. I’m politically liberal as are the others who live in this community.
