Denise's room

The house is conveniently located near the Cal State University area, no more than a 10 min drive. Convenient freeway access to the 210 & 215 fwys but a fairly quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The bedroom is fully furnished with a queen size bed only thing missing is a personal TV. There is a spot for parking in the driveway or on the street. Utilities and Internet are included in your rent.

Currently I am the only one in the home and looking for a new roommate. I work a lot and am rarely home however I do like to relax or sleep in on weekends. I have two small dogs who are friendly but very protective of their environment and remain outside. I help keep the home tidy for the owner, i always pick up after myself.
