Bright private bedroom available in a cute 3 bed / 2 bath apartment in West Hollywood. The apartment has a spacious shared living room, lots of natural light, wood-style floors, a full kitchen, dining area, and a clean shared bathroom. The room has a window, AC unit, closet, and space for a bed, desk, and dresser.

The location is amazing — right in West Hollywood, close to Melrose, Santa Monica Blvd, cafes, restaurants, shops, gyms, and everything you’d want nearby. The apartment has a calm, cozy, creative energy and we’re looking for someone who wants a peaceful home.

We’re looking for a respectful, clean, communicative roommate who is responsible with rent and shared spaces. Ideally someone friendly and easygoing, but also independent and mindful of the home.

Important: we are looking for someone who can sign a one-year lease and fully commit to the room. Please only reach out if you’re serious, financially stable, and ready for a long-term living situation.

No smoking/vaping inside. Must be okay with standard lease approval (NO CREDIT CHECK) and deposit requirements.

The current roomies are Julia and Maddison. Julia is a pastry chef, and Maddison is a hairstylist. We both have creative jobs, busy schedules, and are usually at work or doing our own thing. The home vibe is calm, respectful, and cozy.

We’re friendly and easy to talk to, but we also really value personal space and a peaceful home. We’re hoping to find someone clean, responsible, communicative, and kind who wants a stable long-term place in West Hollywood.
