I have two spare rooms to rent. They face a large fenced in backyard with covered patio. Plenty of driveway parking goldfish pond laundry in basement. I am a retired, registered nurse and would prefer a professional perhaps an agency traveler. My house is clean and pretty and walking distance to many stores close by. Bike/walking trail across the street. It’s very quiet here.

I live here by myself. I had a roommate, but she got married and moved away. I retired last year and have had some private clients that I take grocery shopping or help with personal care but I had some health issues myself, and I haven’t been able to do so .
