We have plenty of space in this 4 bed/1.5 bath house! I am personally paying the mortgage, and I am looking to rent our 2-3 rooms. Rent is $700/month, which includes utilities such as electricity, water/sewage, and Spectrum internet, repairs.

One room on the main floor currently has a hospital bed with an air mattress, and the other room is in the finished attic currently has a pull-out couch. The third potential room Is also in the finished attic and has 2 beds, currently occupied by my cousin, but things can be arranged if you need a 2 bed bedroom. It’s a great place if you’re a college student needing off-campus housing or if you have disabilities. This house was chosen for and modified for those who are elderly with disabilities (walk-in shower with hand grips, wheelchair ramp, etc.), so many accommodations can be made to fit your particular needs.

We have a kitchen with a gas range, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and washer/dryer combo on the main floor. Also on the main floor is a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The finished attic includes a lot of closet space, as well as a half bath with toilet and sink. We also have a living room on the main floor, along with a front porch, a tiny garage, a full basement, and a 50x50 foot backyard. All common areas are welcomed to be used by all roommates. Must be okay with smoking on the premises, though no illegal activity is permitted, and must be okay with a cat living here. LGBTQ+ friendly! The neighbors are incredibly friendly, and the neighborhood is quiet and well-maintained.

The future status of this house is uncertain, though the bank lender told me so long as I keep making mortgage payments, we should be good. Just know that is one thing out of my control, but my plan is to keep making mortgage payments and living here for years.

As roommates go, I’m not really demanding and fairly laissez-faire. I’m 34, will be working night shifts as I’m a night owl, and enjoy playing my Switch 2. LGBTQ+ friendly and I live here with my cousin.
