This house is a real home. It is a great 3 BR 2.5 bath 1929 house in a close in SE neighborhood near Hawthorne and Division. Walk to everything. I am not the owner but rent the house from a property management company. Big rooms, hardwood floors, high ceilings, wood fireplace, big bathtub, lots of character. I have an extra queen bed and dresser avlbl if needed. The whole house is shared. Lots of storage. Great backyard. There are two bedrooms available.
