Available 7/1/26. Lovely condo in desired Minnetonka to be shared with owner. You have your own bedroom & bathroom but share common space with me ( the owner). This is a older community & a Non-smoking complex nestled in a wooded setting close to trails, restaurants & major Highways. A very good value for the right person. Must be a minimalist. NO OVERNIGHT GUESTS !!!
