The house is located on a quiet cul de sac in a prestigious guard gated community in Rancho Santa Margarita. The community offers a pool, tennis courts, a golf course, and views of the Saddleback Mountains. Located near wilderness park, there are hiking trails adjacent to the community. The house is in a quiet cul de sac of luxury homes. Please no loud noise and respect the neighbors.
The property is smoke free, vape free, drug free, and no outside shoes inside the house please. The bedroom is upstairs with hardwood floor, wood shutters, mirror closet, full size bed and lots of storage. The adjacent bonus room has smart TV, wood shutters, hardwood floor, table area rug and storage space. The shared bathroom has 2 sinks, granite counters, and walk in shower. There are some cleaning supplies and a starter kit of bathroom essentials. Provide your own tp please. The house has a central vacuum, soft water and some cleaning supplies. Please use them and maintain the space clean and tidy. The fully stocked kitchen has granite counters and SS appliances. Please use wooden spoons / non scratch utensils in pots and pans. There is a separate refrigerator in the garage with plenty of space. There is access to the washer and dryer in the laundry room. The tranquil green backyard is a favorite place to unwind after work and drink a cup of tea or coffee. Or relax upstairs streaming your favorite program on the Roku TV in the bonus room next to the bedroom.

We are 2 working people who enjoy nice cup of coffee or tea while sitting in the back yard or going for a hike. There is one house cat we restrict out of the rooms and kitchen space.
