1 furnished bedroom 13ft x 12ft with a walk-in closet, attached to a private bathroom. All bedrooms (3 total) in the house are upstairs. I’m open to a conversation about moving/removing the furniture if desired out of the room. I have 3 friendly cats. I don’t mind if you are bringing company over as long as you are respectful. I’m even open for you hosting larger groups if you provide me notice/conversation prior. Shared spaces include the kitchen, laundry, and living room. You will have your own cupboard/ fridge space/ use of kitchen appliances/dishware (please clean after using! :)). Parking is street parking right across from home, lots of spaces available. Great neighborhood, gated, lots of walking paths, Heritage Park, NSU and CSN, close to 95/215 entries. I have cameras and a security system on the home and front street, also.

I’m a full-time administrative professional, and a full-time PhD student (at UNLV). I also enjoy traveling/camping/hiking. I stay rather busy and will be out of your hair most of the time, but I do also have occasional weekends of staying at home day/night working remotely and enjoying a night in on the couch with a movie. I have a girlfriend (lesbians) that works nights. She lives with me in my space about 50% of the time or less, I also leave occasionally to be with her.
