Please enjoy one large furnished room. With a queen bed, a beautiful desk, flatscreen TV, mirrored closet, very bright and sunny. The complex is situated in South Carlsbad five minutes to Ponto Beach, seven minutes to Costco, surrounded my all kinds of cute coffee, shops, restaurants, etc. I am looking for a roommate that is kind, quiet, and working outside of the home. Please have good rental references, job and good credit. We have a heated pool all year round with Jacuzzi also a gym and barbecues. Very upscale apartment complex and very nicely decorated.
