2 bed/1 bath house with a study, large living room, large kitchen, front porch, basement, washer/dryer on site, and outdoor back deck overlooking the property. Big garden area and a yard with fruit trees and infinite grassy space. There is no garage, but the basement is large with the same footprint as the house itself, and a long driveway for off-street parking. Sits on 1.5 acres with a surrounding 3 acres of open land. 5 min walk to Powell Butte Nature Park hiking trails, right on the Springwater Bike Trail. Easy commute 7 min East of the 205. 15-20 min drive to central SE Portland but the property definitely makes up for the commute!

Utilities range between the warmer months and colder, ranging from 100-200 per month total: High speed fiber internet - 25 per month Electricity - 50-150 month (electric heat, so super cold months are more costly) Water (quarterly) - about 40 per month depending on the season Garbage - 23 per month

Move in is first + last month’s rent + $420 deposit!

About the roomies

I’m 30 and work full time as an engineer, hybrid so a couple days from home and the rest of the week in the office. I love to garden, work on my truck, and go out dancing! I don’t tend to have a lot of people over, I like to keep it pretty quiet at home but otherwise love to have dinners and game nights and people around as well. I bike, play music and hang out outside doing projects. Frank is my cat, he’s 1 and loves people and other cats, he’s super friendly.

Ideally I’d like to find a working professional in their late 20s-30s that is kind, respectful, fun, and considerate. I appreciate mature and open communication and want the home to feel comfortable for everyone that lives there! This house has incredible amenities like a giant yard, big flower/veggie garden, and a big basement for storage or projects. It’s a really special spot with a lot to offer so I would love to find someone that would enjoy living here as much as I do!
